Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are handled through Instagram DMs.

You have 5 days after receiving your order to decide. After that, exchanges are not accepted.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and packaging.
• Proof must be provided during request.
• If size is unavailable → no exchange possible.
• You can open package on delivery & refuse if size is wrong.

• Sale: Exchange / Refund allowed
• Clearance: No exchange or refund
• Buy 1 Get 1: Exchange only

Return Policy

You have 5 days after delivery to request a return.

• Items must be in original condition.
• Used or missing tags → request rejected.
• Shipping fees will be deducted.

Return Process

• Courier collects item only (no cash).
• Item goes to inspection.
• If rejected → returned to you.
• If approved → refund via InstaPay / wallet.
